My Simple and Humble Contribution to Humanity

We must heal

As an empath (high-level sensitive) it feels like these are some of the darkest times humanity has witnessed.

People are divided.

Folks are calling the police on each other because of using a language other than English, for differing beliefs or skin tone, the list goes on.

Racism, xenophobia, homophobia, misogyny, bigotry, greed and all the negativity you, or I, can imagine is running rampant.
Innocent citizens are being displaced, maimed, murdered in wars that are for nothing other than greed, money and status.
What the world needs is a humongous attitude adjustment before it is too late for humanity, the animals, and Earth herself.

As an Shaman and Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, I have some advice for humanity.

1. Lighten up! Laugh a little. Laughter is good medicine.

2. Connect with your neighbors, with those whom you do not understand, or maybe those whom you fear because of their beliefs or skin tone. Start talking. Communicate. Learn from one another.

3. Heal Yourself. If we want peace and harmony in the world, we must start with ourselves. I know this past week, I’ve been picking up on the murders (they call it military conflict – I say BS, it’s out and out murder) of the Palestinians in Gaza, and other innocents elsewhere around the world. So, as a result, I’ve been bitchy this week especially on Monday and Tuesday when the news was filled with reports coming from Israel and Palestine.

4. Activate your Radiant Circuits. Radiant Circuits are the energies around and through the body that are the precursors to Meridians (think of acupuncture or acupressure). Radiant Circuits are like sweet grandmother love energy. A few ways to activate your Radiant Circuits are: Laughter – a good old belly laugh. Orgasm – yes, if you have a partner go for it. If you’re single, handle it! You know what I mean.
Just imagine if the whole world meditated, prayed, laughed and orgasmed more often without judging ourselves or others for how or why we do it.

5. Spread Kindness. Simple acts of kindness go a long way. A compliment to the check out clerk. A kind word to the customer service person you are calling for whatever you need help with. You know what I mean.

6. Be Kind and Loving to YOU. We often have a conflict within – we don’t feel good enough, pretty enough, capable enough – fill in the blank. It’s time – before we run out of time – to accept yourself just the way you are.
Abundant Blessings – Share the Love.
