During chaotic times, like those we are living in now, it is necessary to stay grounded and clear daily.
As a high-level sensitive and empath, it is easy to find that you may have picked up negative energy. To clear it up, try this. Say out loud:
“I now invoke the Violet Flame of St. Germaine to clear any and all energies that do not serve me. Then, fill yourself with the Golden White Light of God/Creator/Source/Spirit (whatever name you like). Ask Archangel Michael to place the Golden Dome of Protection around you. You can also choose to imagine placing mirrors facing out (away from your body) to deflect negative energies.
