What is Clarity?

Clarity is knowing the right thing to do in the moment.

Without clarity, we can make decisions that do not work out in our best interest. Because maybe we are making those decisions based on someone else’s desires. When we know our yes, our inner wisdom our gut instinct confirms it’s it’s the right thing to do. Without clarity, we might be self-sabotaging.

What is confidence?

According to the dictionary, it is a feeling of self-assurance arising from one’s appreciation of one’s own abilities or qualities.

Here are a few tips to increasing self-confidence:

  1. Give yourself credit for successes you have had in your life
  2. Change your self-talk: Every day look in the mirror and say, “I love you”. Then say out loud three things that you are good at or three things you love about your self.
  3. Have compassion for yourself. Give yourself permission to be in your human Ness. No one is perfect and you don’t have to be perfect to be valued and worthy.
  4. Forgive yourself. Forgive yourself for whatever did not work out as you planned. Remember you made the best decisions you could with the knowledge and awareness you had at the time. You did not set out to do your worst. Most people do not. So give yourself a pat on the back. And forgive yourself.
